Apricot Spritz - Non-Alcoholic Drink:   Refreshing non-alcoholic drink, perfect for any gathering.  1 cup apricot nectar 2 Tablespoons honey 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1 cup sparkling water or ginger ale   Combine apricot nectar, honey, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Pour over ice and top off with a clear sparkling beverage of choice.  This drink is so yummy and refreshing!
