Apricot Spritz - Non-Alcoholic Drink:   Refreshing non-alcoholic drink, perfect for any gathering.  1 cup apricot nectar 2 Tablespoons honey 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1 cup sparkling water or ginger ale   Combine apricot nectar, honey, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Pour over ice and top off with a clear sparkling beverage of choice.  This drink is so yummy and refreshing!

Tennis anyone? I created this event around the love of tennis and the celebration of friends continually showing up for each other.  One of the gals in the tennis group had a big birthday, and of course, everyone wanted to celebrate!  As guests arrived, tequila shots were passed inside tennis balls (birthday girl's favorite). Family movie nights are the best! I love to get everyone out of our normal space and enjoy a good movie. I let the kids pick the movie, and I go from there.  I try to make the space as cozy as I can with blankets and pillows. We had pizza for dinner, the goal being easy clean up and no fuss. I had bottled sod, which is out of the norm and is always a treat! We lit a fire, which provided nice light and a place to make s'mores for dessert. Of course, we had to have some popcorn
